Yet Groupon is another \u00e2\u20ac\u0153hot\u00e2\u20ac\u009d company that you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not involved with. Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Right or wrong, in both group buying and in the membership-buying space, we had strong concerns about the barriers to entry. That may have been a wrong perspective. We met with a lot of these guys. But that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why we stayed out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think now that Groupon ostensibly has a billion-dollar plus valuation?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve heard incredible things about the company. I wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have anticipated that they would do this well.
